I use UAW also for some more link juice, SENuke i use for creating heaps of web 2.0 sites and article spinning etc. (contentboss subscription is very handy for spinning if you use UAW) using SENuke in conjunction with UAW is golden. Like you said, if you need to create 20-30 sites, normally that would take you ages, SENuke automates 90% of this for you. Check out the trial! You see, there are so many programs that promise income without work, that I'm simply cautious.
