There are loopholes to a lot of things and these are going to be exploited. You yourself are stealing from nintendo (code) and associated game publishers by installing homebrew and (more than likely) running "backup" copies of your wii games. I know there are a few people out there that are probably only running it for the homebrew but lets be honest here. There is a fine line between a theif and Robin Hood.
