Schizophrenic SERPs

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Ive been using the Market Samurai Rank Tracker module since it came out a while back. I’m doing a very small amount of link building using a few different automated tools, but not much.

Llook at these bloody ranks and how much they jump around all over the stupid place. (click to embiggen)

Mentalists. Just wanted to point out just how much the SERPs move around. I can do an update in 10 minutes and it could be different again.

Are you trying to say that using such automated tools can do more harm than help? Because I was a little bit skeptic about all that automation options in making blog a little more popular. Sometimes I feel like it was just another spam tool but I have to be honest here – I’m no expert in web marketing so this tool is not fully understandable to me.

Ya that’s true, SERPS can be that faster moreover when Google does its updations your search result can fall back or go higher its bit haphazard, so you cannot hope for consistency here until and unless you have some consistent traffic coming your way.

I think it’s what my friend is calling the Google dance. Don’t worry too much about that though, it would settle in a week or so (at least that’s what I think). Come to think of it, how’s the ranking now?

think that these automated tools will not bring great harm. My opinion is you should not trust them much, but take note and use the data lines as the basis for decision-making can be.

Tried to submit this and the site froze. Going to resend, please delete if this is a duplicate.

ya, I just learned this for the first time today. I was ranked number 77 in google for the term debt settlement. Today I checked and I am gone. Not lower, totally gone. I am not showing up within the 1st 1,000. I have heard of the google dance but until today, I never experienced it. I hope it shows back up shortly. I certainly haven’t done anything that google would frown on, but it is a little nerve racking all the same. Since I heavily rely on search traffic to advertise my services to people in need of financial advice.

What kind of automated tools are you talking about. Do you mean like article submitters or social-bookmarking submitter?
